Girls should wear a white crew neck t shirt.
Long hair should be tied back, again making sure there is no metal in the hair accessories.
Jewellery is also not permitted on the mat.
Lastly please remember to bring water with you as juice is not permitted in the Hall.

On Arrival
Children should at all times be brought directly into the hall (Dojo) by the Parent/Guardian. The Club can only take responsibility once they are in the hall and a Coach is present. Children are also not permitted to leave the hall at the end of their session without a responsible adult being there physically to pick them up.
If it is your first time, come and introduce yourself then we can get you kitted out for your session and introduce you to the rest of the club.

If you have not already done so you may wish to purchase your own Judo Suit (Judogi, also known as a gi) this can be done directly with the club or online. Please make sure it is a Judo Suit as the Karate and other similar Martial Art suits are too thin for Judo. We also prefer the traditional white Judogi as some competitions do not allow the Blue Judogi.
